    LATE REGISTRATION (LAST CHANCE)

    Location: Rescue Community Center

    You must bring the following or registration will not
    occur:
    1x1 photo (face photo - no hats or sunglasses)
    Parent/Guardian to sign paperwork
    Copy of birth certificate, passport, or military birth
    certificate
    Check for $110.00 plus $20.00 late fee
    (does not include uniform)
